Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline
The Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline is a free expert consumer advice service and the official energy watchdog, checking that energy companies are treating consumers fairly. They advise on consumer rights and give help with complaints to Trading Standards.

Which? is a consumer organisation providing free online information on a broad range of consumer issues, and useful template letters.
They also offer a legal helpline and product reviews. However, both of these services require you to purchase a subscription.
