Volunteer
With the cost of living rising, many people face difficult decisions about how to allocate scarce financial resources. Volunteers and staff at Citizens Advice Watford continue to help people in their local community with issues including benefits, housing, debt, employment, relationship breakdown and consumer. Without our team of dedicated volunteers, we would not be able to do this vital work.
At present we have volunteering opportunities for Receptionists, Administrators and Research & Campaigns assistants. Our next Gateway Learning Programme will start in early 2023 and we are now accepting applications from anyone interested in training to be an Assessor or Adviser. Please read our information booklet Volunteering at Citizens Advice Watford before applying for details of the commitment involved.
Citizens Advice believes that the skills, experience and satisfaction that come from volunteering should be available to everyone. We welcome volunteers from all walks of life, backgrounds and communities to reflect the diversity of the community we serve. If you would like to apply for a volunteering role, please submit an enquiry form and we will aim to respond within 5 working days. We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team of dedicated and committed volunteers here at Citizens Advice Watford.
