    Which? is a consumer organisation which provides free online information that covers a broad range of consumer issues and includes template letters.

    They also offer a legal helpline and product reviews, however, both these services require you to purchase a subscription.

    Sometimes contracts are obvious and clear to all parties. Other times a myth or a lack of information can make this confusing.

      Our advice line is open 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
