    Equality, Advisory and Advice Service

    The EASS helpline advises and assists individuals on issues relating to equality and human rights. The EASS helpline will work with individuals to resolve equality issues informally, but they cannot provide legal advice.

    Disability Rights UK

    Disability Rights UK has a number of free resources around independent living; education, work & skills; hate crime; and, disability benefits.

    Mind’s website provides a wealth of information about rights in relation to mental health.

      Our advice line is open 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

      We will help you as far as we can with publicly available information and decide on a next step which may include putting you in touch with another organisation or arranging a follow up phone appointment.
