This is a voluntary role which requires a knowledge of company or charity law and governance. You will play an active role in the leadership of the organisation, and provide guidance to the Board on legal and compliance matters. The Trustee Board meets four times a year in the evenings and you will also attend the Annual General Meeting and an annual strategy day, and other meetings as required.
